Petlyakov Pe-2

The Petlyakov Pe-2, a highly versatile Soviet twin-engine aircraft, was used extensively during World War II (1940-1945) primarily as a dive bomber and ground-attack aircraft on all major Eastern Front combat zones. Known as the "Buck" by NATO, it served as the main Soviet light bomber, with over 11,400 produced.
