The Polikarpov I-15 (often confused with Petlyakov, but designed by Polikarpov) was a Soviet-designed biplane fighter used extensively in the late 1930s and early 1940s, notably in the Spanish Civil War (1936–1939), the Second Sino-Japanese War, the Battle of Khalkhin Gol (1939), and the early stages of World War II. It served primarily in the Soviet Red Army Air Force and was exported to China and Republican Spain.

    Very Cool

I think it is a late model I-15 with the gul-wing.
