Atago & Akizuki Class DDGs. 1 deck x3 hull numbers for each ship in both classes. The decals are printed in white & black on clear water slide decal paper. The blue background is just to be able to show the white markings. The decals come with a clear background. Paint the model deck any color you like and apply the decal. The paint will show between the decal markings.
