Caudron C.714

The Caudron C.714 Cyclone was a French light fighter primarily used by the Polish-manned Groupe de Chasse (GC 1/145) squadron during the Battle of France in 1940. Despite its significant design flaws, such as a poor climb rate and low durability, it was used to defend against German aircraft around Paris and Normandy. A small number of these aircraft were also delivered to Finland during the Winter War, where they were deemed unsuitable for combat.
