1-144 German WWI Iron Cross Style #1
$7.50Price
1914 orders were issued to paint a black iron cross on the top and bottom surfaces of the wings and on both sides of the rudder. It was also often used on both sides of the fuselage. No specific or formulas where issued and styles varied widely. White background were not always used. Roundel placement and size varied from midpoint to extreme tips.
There are two size sheets available:
Medium which will in most cases work on most bombers and larger wing sized fighters like the Fokker Ds, Rolands, Pfalz etc.
Small which will work on small rudders of above as well as wings of smaller fighters like the Albatroses, Fokker E3, Halberstadt D2 etc.
Please email me if you would like the same style in a large version for bombers and gunships.
