The Chengdu J-10C "Vigorous Dragon" is the most advanced operational version of China's indigenous J-10 fighter family. Entering service with the People's Liberation Army Air Force in 2018, the aircraft features an AESA radar, advanced avionics, modern electronic warfare systems, and compatibility with long-range air-to-air missiles such as the PL-15. Beyond China, the J-10C has been exported to Pakistan as the J-10CE, where it serves as one of the Pakistan Air Force's premier multirole fighters. The aircraft achieved its first reported combat use during the 2025 India–Pakistan conflict, bringing significant international attention to China's modern fighter aircraft industry.

The People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) introduced the J-10C into service in 2018. It serves as a frontline multirole fighter for air defense, air superiority, and strike missions throughout China.
The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) operates the export version, designated J-10CE. Pakistan received its first aircraft in 2022, and the type has become one of the country's most advanced fighters.
The J-10C gained international attention in 2025 when Pakistani J-10Cs were reportedly used during aerial clashes with India, marking the aircraft's first known combat use.
