The blue background is just to be able to show the white markings. The decals come with a clear background. Paint the model deck any color you like and apply the decal. The paint will show between the decal markings. Included in this group are Norfolk, Marlborough, Argyll, Lancaster, Iron Duke, Monmouth, Montrose, and Westminster.
