1-1800 Scale USN Independence, Sangamon & Bogue Class CVE Deck Number Decals

1-1800 Scale USN Independence, Sangamon & Bogue Class CVE Deck Number Decals
1-1800 scale waterslide flight deck number decals for WWII U.S. Navy Independence Class CVLs, Sangamon Class CVEs, and Bogue Class CVEs. They are printed on clear-background waterslide decal paper, allowing the modeler to paint the deck in any desired color before applying the decal over the painted surface.

Ships Covered by This Sheet
The included deck numbers can be selected and combined to recreate the appropriate flight deck identification numbers for any WWII U.S. Navy Independence Class light carrier, Sangamon Class escort carrier, or Bogue Class escort carrier represented by the number range on the sheet.

Companion Deck Markings
These deck number decals can be used in conjunction with the 1-1800 Scale Generic Independence Class CVL Deck Marking Decals to complete the flight deck markings for an Independence Class carrier miniature.

Model Compatibility
Designed for reasonably scaled 1-1800 U.S. Navy Independence, Sangamon, and Bogue Class carrier miniatures. Because flight deck dimensions and number placement may vary between manufacturers and 3D-print designers, test-fit the selected numbers before application.

Application
Apply over a properly prepared and gloss-coated model surface using normal waterslide-decal techniques. For more information, see Why Gloss Clear Coat?.
