Wasp Class LHD Island & Hull Numbers 1-2400 Scale Decals

Wasp Class LHD Island & Hull Numbers — 1-2400 Scale Decals

This 1-2400 scale waterslide decal sheet provides Wasp-class island and hull numbers in white with black outlines where scale permits.

Decal Information

The markings are printed on a clear background. Three pennant-number sets are provided for each hull number. Stern hull numbers are printed in white without black outlines because of their very small scale size. Cut and position each marking carefully to match the miniature.

Model Compatibility

Designed for 1-2400 scale Wasp-class LHD miniatures. Test-fit each number before application to confirm placement on the model’s island and hull.

Historical Information

The Wasp class evolved from the Tarawa design with expanded aviation capability and a well deck able to operate LCAC hovercraft. The ships support Marine expeditionary units with helicopters, MV-22 Ospreys, F-35B or AV-8B aircraft as applicable, landing craft, vehicles, and troops.
