Murasame Class DD 1-2400

Murasame Class DD 1-2400

This 1-2400 scale waterslide deck decal represents the JMSDF Murasame class, a nine-ship general-purpose destroyer class introduced in the 1990s.

Decal Information
The decal reproduces the visible deck and helicopter-deck markings for the Murasame Class and is printed on a clear background so the modeler's painted deck color remains visible. The deck markings and hull numbers should be cut and positioned carefully to match the miniature.

Model Compatibility
Miniatures from other manufacturers may differ in deck dimensions, weapons placement, or superstructure footprint, so test-fit before application.

Historical Information
The Murasame class marked a major modernization of the JMSDF's general-purpose escort force, combining improved stealth shaping, a helicopter hangar, vertical-launch missile systems, and balanced anti-air, anti-surface, and anti-submarine capability. The class has served extensively in fleet escort, training, international exercises, and maritime-security missions.
