Generic 1-1800 scale flight deck markings for Illustrious-class aircraft carrier miniatures. They are printed on clear-background waterslide decal paper, allowing the modeler to paint the deck in any desired color before applying the decal over the painted surface.
 
Included Marking Options
Each Generic Illustrious Class set represents ship markings from different time periods and theaters of operation, allowing the modeler to select the markings appropriate to the ship, period, and theater being modeled.
The sheet includes alternative Royal Navy flight deck identification markings allowing the modeler to represent:
HMS Illustrious
HMS Formidable
HMS Victorious
HMS Indomitable
The remaining generic flight deck markings are supplied as separate components so they can be positioned and trimmed as needed to suit the dimensions and layout of the specific 3D-printed Illustrious-class miniature being used.
 
Model Compatibility
Designed for reasonably accurate 1-1800 scale 3D-printed Illustrious-class aircraft carriers. Because deck dimensions, elevator placement, deck-edge details, and wartime configurations may vary between different 3D-print designers and manufacturers, individual markings should be test-fitted and trimmed as necessary before application.
 
Application
