The Focke-Wulf Fw 200C Condor was primarily used by the German Luftwaffe during World War II as a long-range maritime reconnaissance aircraft and bomber, notably operating over the North Atlantic Ocean to locate Allied convoys for U-boats. Based in occupied France, Norway, and Germany, it was also used for minelaying, transport, and, in later years, in the Eastern Front, including the Stalingrad airlift.
