Farman HF-30
$8.00Price
Historical Background
The Farman HF-30 was a pusher biplane used extensively by the Imperial Russian Air Service during World War I. Based on the proven Farman layout, the type was produced principally in Russia and became one of the more numerous aircraft available to Russian aviation units.
Its forward crew position provided excellent visibility for reconnaissance and artillery observation, while the pusher arrangement left a clear field of fire ahead. The HF-30 also served in bombing and general battlefield-support roles.
