This is an ErikGen design. We are an approved printer for EriKGen designs. His exquisite STLs can be purchased and self printed here: EriKGen Designs
This is the same model as the M
Please note: 1-200 & 1-144 scale prints will receive 3 fuel probes. We do not ship probes for 1-300 or 1-285 scale prints. The are just too small, thin, and break easily. I use a bristle from a brush for my models as they are much more flexible. for 1-200 scale I use a "cut to length" piece of jewelry brass/copper wire from the craft store.
The Israeli Air Force (IAF) A-4N Skyhawk, known in Israel as the "Ayit" (Eagle), was a specially modified, advanced ground-attack version of the A-4M Skyhawk II, featuring a longer tailpipe, larger parachute container, and increased avionics. These aircraft, which arrived in the 1970s and were later retired in 2015, were primarily operated by the 102 "Flying Tiger" Squadron.
- Service and Combat: The A-4N was used heavily in combat, including in the 1973 Yom, Kippur War, over Lebanon, and during various strikes in the region.
- Major Base: The primary home for the A-4 Skyhawk fleet, including the N-model, was Hatzerim Airbase in the Negev, which now hosts the IAF Museum.
- Arrivals: The first four Skyhawks (A-4H variant) arrived in Israel via the port of Haifa on December 29, 1967.
- Retirement: The last A-4N Skyhawks were officially retired from the IAF on December 13, 2015, during a ceremony at Hatzerim.
