The Caudron G.4 was a French twin-engine bomber and reconnaissance aircraft developed from the earlier Caudron G.3. Entering service during 1915, it offered greater power, payload, and defensive capability than its single-engine predecessor.
The G.4 served in bombing and reconnaissance roles on the Western Front and became one of the earliest twin-engine military aircraft to see widespread operational use.
