Historical Information

Nationalist aviation used national, tactical, and faction symbols to distinguish its aircraft from Republican forces; the historic yoke-and-arrows emblem became closely associated with the Nationalist movement.

The symbol could be applied in contrasting colors to remain visible over different finishes and can be combined with Nationalist roundels and tail markings.

These markings are suitable for aircraft and related Spanish Nationalist subjects and are particularly appropriate for 1936–1939.

The sheet contains an approximately 50/50 mix of red and white markings and favors smaller sizes.
