1-200 23rd & 480th TFS F-16 Spangdahlem AB 1980s

The decals are specifically sized to fit our Erikgen printed F-16 C & D Viper models at 1-200 scale. Includes historically accurate serial numbers while based at Spangdahlem, Germany USAFE. Includes sufficient decals for a total of 10 airframes, 5x for the 23rd TFS, and 5x for the 480th TFS.
 
The BU numbers are black with reversed shadow on the SP as was the case during the 1980 before the units moved to subdued grey. The Emblem is that of the 52nd TFW which was removed in the 1990s.
 
The set is designed for gaming Defense of the Fulda Gap during the Cold War.
 
The serial numbers are accurate for Block 30 F-16 that both units flew during the 1980 and early 1990s. Includes 3 sets of white Hawk emblems. They are place just behind the cockpit but their is no evidence that they were used until the unit received their Block 50s and changed over to subdued grey markings in the 1990s.
