CV Shokaku & Zuikaku Camo Variant 4 Deck — 1-1800 Scale Flight Deck Decal This 1-1800 scale deck decal is designed for WWII Imperial Japanese Navy miniature warship collections and naval wargaming.
Detailed 1-1800 scale waterslide deck decal representing IJN Shokaku and Zuikaku in the camouflage flight-deck variant shown. Apply over a properly prepared and gloss-coated model surface using normal waterslide-decal techniques.
Historical Information
Shokaku and Zuikaku formed Japan’s two-ship Shokaku class and participated in Pearl Harbor and major Pacific carrier battles. Shokaku was sunk at the Philippine Sea in June 1944; Zuikaku survived until Cape Engaño in October. Match later camouflage variants to the individual ship and date represented.
